Upgrade to Prusa MK4S 🇬🇧 (Feature)

The prospect of much improved part cooling drove me to upgrade my Prusa MK4 printer to the MK4S variant. (The high flow nozzle was not so interesting since I installed a Chinese 0.6 mm CHT clone nozzle from the beginning). The assembly was straightforward and the good Prusa documentation didn't leave much need for guesswork.

After the upgrade, I also ran a volumetric flow rate test as developed by Stefan from CncKitchen. I used this online tool which directly generates G-code.

Something I could not manage yet is to find good pressure advance and retraction settings for TPU. More fiddling will be needed in the future.
